The tape is waterproof and sweat-resistant, so you can wear it to the gym, in the shower, and even in the sea. The adhesive layer is not continuous but intermittent, allowing it to adapt better to your body. Thanks to its finely perforated structure, your skin can breathe under the tape. You can wear the tape for several days, but start with a maximum of 8 hours; if everything is fine, you can gradually extend the wear time. However, when tucking, due to more frequent removal for urination, the tape may not last as long and might need reapplication or replacement. Allow your skin time to regenerate between tucking sessions. You can choose from two widths of tuck tapes – narrower (7.5 cm) and wider (10 cm).

Which width to choose?

There are many ways to apply the tape, so there's no 100% definitive guide on which tape to choose. Some people prefer one 10 cm wide strip, while others find three narrow strips more suitable. You can also combine both tapes as you wish. There's no such thing as a wrong way to apply the tape, as long as it doesn't pinch or cut you...

How long does the tape last?

It depends on how often you use it. However, it's usually about 2 months.

Before you start:

Before first use, do a patch test to see if your skin and the tape will get along. Do you use our tape regularly? Even so, with a new tape, do a test to see if your skin will tolerate it. How to do it? Cut a narrow strip and stick it on the areas where you will be applying the tape, and leave it there for a few hours. Is everything okay? You can start using it. Be gentle with yourself and do not apply the tape over open wounds or any irritated skin.

Instructions for use:

1. Apply the tape to clean, dry skin. Do not apply the tape to freshly shaved skin or full body hair. It is ideal to trim body hair very short.
2. Cut 1 piece of tape as needed (approx. 10-20 cm).
3. Trim and slightly round the corners of the tape to prevent it from peeling off.
4. Prepare a covering layer — such as gauze or toilet paper — and cover sensitive areas with it to prevent irritation when removing the tape.
5. If you are using 10 cm tape, one strip might be enough.
6. Place the testicles in the soft area between the pelvic bones.
7. Start applying the tape from the pubic mound downwards and backwards. It is ideal to apply it in a squatting position.
8. Make sure the tape is comfortable and doesn't press unpleasantly.
   

How to remove the tape?

1. Let the tape soak thoroughly to ensure easy removal. Never rip it off dry!
2. You can also let the tape soak in skin-friendly oil (a special oil will be in stock soon).
3. Gently remove the tape gradually; if it's still not coming off easily, it needs more soaking.
4. Once the tape is removed, moisturize and massage the skin well to ensure it's properly cared for.
