Refund policy

Not quite right? That happens!

Sometimes the item you ordered just isn't the one — maybe it's too big, too small, or simply not what you imagined. That's totally fine. Send it back and we'll refund you.

We don't do direct exchanges (item for item), but if you need a different size, just order it again on our website — it's faster for everyone that way.

Items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them. The date of posting counts.

A few things to keep in mind when trying things on

We get that you need to properly check and try things out — but given the nature of what we sell, hygiene matters:

  • Underwear & boxers: Always try on over your own underwear and keep the protective lining in place. Never directly on skin.
  • Binders: Trying on directly is fine — just watch out for deodorant or perfume marks.
  • Packers: Only take them out of the packaging once you know you're keeping them. We can't accept returns with broken hygienic seals.
  • Tags & labels: Don't remove them until you're sure it's a match. No original tags, no return.

Please note: If an item comes back damaged, washed, or visibly worn, we'll need to deduct cleaning costs from your refund. Some items — like tapes — cannot be returned once used, for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping (on us!)

The easiest option is Packeta:

  • Go to any Zásilkovna drop-off point and give them the code: 91681377
  • Tell them your name
  • They'll print the label and you pay nothing

If you'd prefer not to share your name at the counter, just include your name or order number inside the package — without it, we won't be able to identify you.

Prefer a different carrier? Send the package (no cash on delivery please, we won't accept it) to:

In this case, you cover the shipping costs yourself.

When will you get your money back?

Once we receive and check the package, we'll refund you via the same payment method you used. We usually manage it much sooner, but no later than 14 days after receiving your return.

Uncollected parcels

If you don't collect your parcel and it gets returned to us, we'll treat it as a withdrawal from the contract. We'll refund you, but we'll deduct the actual return shipping costs from the amount.

Complaints: When something's not right

We're careful, but mistakes happen. If your item has a manufacturing defect, email us at askmebaby@dykka.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll find the best solution together.

Please note: the warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by rougher use than recommended.
