Which width to choose?

There are many ways to apply the tape, so there is no 100% guide on which tape to choose. Some prefer 2 strips of narrower tape, others prefer one wider strip, and some may need a combination of both. If you have large breasts or wear a size L or larger, opt for the wider tape. You can also combine both tapes as you wish. There's no wrong way to apply the tape as long as it doesn't pinch or cut you...

How long does the tape last?

It depends on how often you use it and also on the size of your chest. However, it usually lasts about 2 months.

Before you start:

Before the first use, test if your skin and the tape will get along. Do you use our tape regularly? Even so, test the new tape to see if your skin will tolerate it. How to do it? Cut a narrow strip and stick it on the areas where you will be applying the tape, and leave it there for a few hours. Is everything okay? You can start using it. But never wrap the tape around your entire chest! Be gentle with yourself and do not apply the tape over open wounds or any irritated skin.

Instructions for use:

1. The tape is applied to clean and dry skin.
2. Cut 2 pieces of tape as needed (approx. 10-20 cm).
3. Trim and round the corners of the tape to prevent it from peeling off.
4. Place protective covers over your nipples and NEVER apply tape directly to the nipples. Ran out of covers? You can find a new set here.
5. Start applying the tape. The ideal spot is a few centimeters in front of the nipple, where the largest volume of tissue is. From the center of the chest, gently pull the breast and apply downwards and towards the back. Do not apply the tape too close to the armpit, as it will peel off and be uncomfortable.
6. Make sure the tape is comfortable and does not press unpleasantly.

How to remove the tape?

1. Let the tape soak thoroughly so it can be removed easily. Never tear it off dry!
2. You can also let the tape soak in a skin-friendly oil (a special oil will be in stock soon).
3. Gradually and gently remove the tape; if it's still not coming off easily, it needs more soaking.
4. After removing the tape, moisturize and massage your skin well to ensure it is properly cared for.

⚠️ Warning:

1. Do not apply adhesive tape over the nipple. Removing the tape could cause serious damage. Please use a nipple cover before applying this tape.
2. Do not wear the tape for more than 8 hours.

Use with caution and according to the instructions for use. Not recommended for prolonged wear or if skin irritation occurs. Discontinue use of the product in case of any adverse reactions. Have you developed a rash, any signs of infection, including fever, chills, discharge, or vomiting? Consult your doctor. Rare but possible signs of rib deformity include shortness of breath, chest pain, or irregular breathing. Discontinue use and contact your doctor if any of these symptoms appear.
