How to use Humphider©

Your Humphider© has just arrived — a soft, flexible insert for gaff panties and tucking underwear. Don't know how to use it? Here you'll find practical information on how to use Humphider© safely and comfortably.

How to put it on

Option 1 (recommended): Insert the Humphider© into the pouch in your underwear before putting them on. Then put on your underwear normally and gently adjust the position of your genitals so that everything fits comfortably and the silhouette is smooth.

Option 2: You can also insert the Humphider© after you have already put on your underwear — simply slide it into the pouch and adjust its position to how it fits you.

How long to wear it

We recommend wearing Humphider© for a maximum of 8 hours a day. If you feel pain, pressure, or any discomfort, remove it immediately.

Maintenance

Wash it in lukewarm water with mild soap, gently towel dry, and let it air dry. A washing machine or dryer are not suitable for Humphider© — the heat and drum would destroy it.
