It is handmade from premium silicone and designed to be durable, flexible, and comfortable to wear. It is ideal for creating a natural shape in your underwear. This prosthesis's exquisite details and soft texture will give you a whole new confidence.

The STP, or stand-to-pee packer, presents its meta version, which is specially designed for those who have undergone metoidioplasty. It's not a requirement, though; you can wear the packer without it; you just most likely won't enjoy the STP.

They are similar in appearance and function to traditional STPs. The Estépépé naturally allows anyone without a penis to urinate standing up. The Meta Extention Packer is made by the Banana Prosthetics brand, and your T-dick slides into it. This allows you to pee standing up whenever you like.

The so-called extension packer is made of premium silicone, which is durable and flexible but, above all, comfortable for standing up to urinate. It will feel like a natural part of your body.

We recommend always getting the special CocoNuts elastic band with the meta packer. You clip the packer to this, and the penile prosthesis willfollow your body thus naturally 's movements.
