How to measure the size correctly?
Wear something more casual, or ideally measure directly on bare skin to make the measurement as accurate as possible.
How do I know which size and model is best for me?
If your scrotum is larger, we recommend trying on panties. Thongs might not be as comfortable and you might not have enough room in them after hiding your scrotum and penis. A tight scrotum is more challenging to flatten sufficiently, so we recommend choosing extra thick material.
We certainly don't recommend deliberately choosing smaller sizes, as you are unlikely to be able to fit into the underwear.
The panties should be snug and taut, like a second skin. However, you should be able to move around easily and the material should not cut into your skin anywhere.
If your size is not listed in the charts, it is possible to have your panties made to measure.
