This is a removable elastic belt for meta extension MT2 by Banana Prosthetics. Simply attach the packer to the belt, and the penile prosthesis will naturally follow your body's movements. The elastic now has two clips that snap into the prosthesis, so you no longer need to use permanent adhesive.
STP, or stand-to-pee packer, presents its meta version, which is specially designed for those who have undergone metoidioplasty. It's not a requirement, though. You can wear the packer without it, but you won't enjoy STP.
