When should I expect the voucher?

• As soon as your payment arrives, we will generate a unique code and send you a voucher by email.
• If you need the voucher ASAP, send us a text or call us :) 

How to use the voucher? 

• Just enter the code in the basket at checkout.
• Valid for the entire range of the e-shop.
• You need to redeem the total amount of the voucher, as we do not refund vouchers.
• Vouchers have a shelf life of 1 year from the date of issue.
• The code can only be used once.

Returns on orders purchased with a gift voucher: If you wish to return products purchased with a voucher, we will refund your money again in the form of a gift voucher (a code that can be used again with your next purchase).
