Colorful Fairy Tales is the first Czech children's book with LGBTQ+ main characters and educational stories for children. It is the first book of its kind on the Czech market, where the main characters of the fairy tales are autobiographical accounts of real people from the LGBTQ+ community. Not all adventures are queer-related; you will encounter themes of gender, experienced stereotypes, and various visual differences such as alopecia in the stories.
The first book of the Colourful Fairy Tales project contains four stories, an educational glossary, and a dictionary of old Czech words.
For children aged 6 and up.
