Methods of Payment
You can pay for your goods via payment gateway, transfer by scanning the QR code or Google Pay.
Credit card
Once you've completed your order, you will be directed to the Comgate payment gateway, where you will need to enter your credit card details, including the cardholder name, card number, expiry date, and CVV2/CVC2 (the last three digits printed on the signature strip of your card). The entire data transfer process is secured using SSL encryption.
After your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected back to our e-shop, where you will receive information about the payment result. If the transaction was successful, your shopping process will be completed. However, payment may fail due to various reasons, such as incorrect credit card information, insufficient credit, card authorization issues, or technical problems.
If your payment is unsuccessful, please contact us immediately by email at askmebaby@dykka.com to verify your payment status. We can discuss other payment options if necessary. Please note that if payment is not received within 10 calendar days, your order will be automatically canceled.

On the checkout page, please select the Bank Transfer option to make your payment. Once you've placed your order, a unique variable symbol will be displayed for you to use when making your money transfer. This variable symbol corresponds to your order number. Please note that if we do not receive payment within 10 calendar days of receiving your order, your order will be canceled automatically. As soon as we receive payment, we will dispatch your merchandise. Please keep in mind that the banking transaction may take up to 3 days.
